The Home Barista Course is a half-day course in which you may bring your own Espresso machine and/or your coffee grinder to the academy. Or you choose to work on a home barista machine of ours. We teach you how to get most out of your Espresso machine, how to set the grinder right and extract the proper Espresso. With only little theory we dive straight into practical exercises you perform on your own machine.
The Barista and Coffee Day Course is a perfect introduction into the world of coffee. Participants receive a general overview of the coffee world and its culture through theory and practical experience. We will learn how to extract the perfect Espresso and how to set the optimal coarseness levels of the grinder for a variety of styles of coffee brewing.
The Barista Intermediate One Day Course is a continuation of the introduction course. The main focus of this one day course is to achieve the perfect extraction of the Espresso and to pour Latte Art in milk beverages whilst improving the overall workflow behind the Espresso machine. Participants of this course already joined the introductory course or gained experience on the Espresso machine..
